Great food! I love casita burrito. Shout out to the staff in the afternoon of April 23rd 2023. They were so kind and they gave us treats for our dog

Kitchen visible with questionable cleaning, tons of fried food, the soft taco tortilla was colder than your ex’s heart and the pinto beans were not seasoned at all, rice can be avoided and you won’t notice.

I stopped in to grab some dinner on my way to work. I have always loved Taco Time it has been a staple in the west Seattle community for a long long time. Unfortunately they are no longer excepting cash cards only. That was not a big deal, I mean I would have rather spent my on hand cash and not use my card but I can get over that. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the entire restaurant including the kitchen that you can see into. I just feel there is something really lacking at our west Seattle location.

Well that’s it for Taco Time West Seattle, there’s no longer a customer service representative to take your order if you walk inside, just a couple of touch screens to use your credit card with. I work in the trades and drive a big truck so it’s not going to fit through a 7 foot 9 inch high slot. The touch screen is not at all intuitive, about the same as their app. When I come in for a bite to eat, I’m hungry and I just want to be served, sit in the dining room relax and eat my lunch. I’ve enjoyed my many years eating here, unfortunately those days are gone so I’m off to the Taco Trucks I guess. :- (

Good basic Taco Time in West Seattle. Food tastes nice and fresh and a good location, had to wait a little bit for my order, but other than that no problems. Everyone was working there was nice and friendly.

Literally watched workers drop food in the floor twice… threw the first one away, the second made it in the bag before it hit the ground and turned around to look if people were looking and then served it… no chance I’ll ever come back here. Super busy also, with an employee texting on her phone. Waste of money and time

Super awesome fun place to go to. Amazing service and wicked food. Very warm welcoming atmosphere. I love the style of the restaurant. And the Mexi Fry’s are exquisite.

Food was good but cold. No indoor seating due to lack of employees. Asked for hot sauce and none. For $40+, I’d expect better.
