Nothing to complain about. Faster service than a lot of the other eateries at the food court, and interaction with the cashier is minimal, which I don’t really mind as an introvert. Pretty standard food for a Taco Time, and I’m addicted to their crispy chicken burritos anyway.

There was a way I could put zero Stars I would, the first time I went to this restaurant they did not wear gloves and prepared my food and I got extremely sick afterward. They did refund my money but when I tried going back the next time to talk to the manager and possibly order something the manager was very rude and said all I want is free food from their restaurant. I will never be coming back here the customer service is horrible I have over $4,000 in the bank there’s no reason why I need free food. I will also be reporting them to the correct people.

The food is good. This is the sort of “bad” taco that you want. A crispy shell, and not too hard. The meat is flavorful without being overly greasy. As others have mentioned, I thought the crispy burritos were quite good.

Food is mediocre and somewhat bland. Customer service is terrible. Not worth $15. Never coming back. Found a bug in my drink, first guy completely ignored me, even after I said excuse me to grab his attention. Next lady also ignored me when she called the orders out. After a few minutes if standing, the lady finally asked me if she called my order. I said there was a bug in my drink and if I could just get another drink. Her response was there are bugs everywhere. She still gave me another drink. turn around, and never looked back. Definitely not worth going.

Honestly, hated my visit. Should’ve gone with Teriyaki like I originally wanted. But no, I got Taco Time. Food was NOT good, neither was the service. The Ghost Pepper burrito, not spicy whatsoever. 5 alarm burrito? Burnt beans which killed the entire thing. The savior of all this? The coconut shrimp in the ghost pepper burrito was pretty good. But does it carry the weight of slimy lettuce and tomato? Nope. No spice in sight with this promotional downside. The ladies there were chit chatting and not attentive to the customers. One stood on her phone talking away and laughing in front of an older lady patiently waiting to order. The guy didn’t tell me the total, grabbed the card out of my hand. This taco time is honestly a shitshow. Give me a break.

Ordered combo meals, but the server rang it up as single items. Simple mistake, but the manager who came over to help just sat there with a stupid look on his face and wouldn’t reverse the transaction, so we ended up paying about $6 more for our meal than it was supposed to cost. Couldn’t get our money back, manager made no offer to rectify the error. Absolutely horrible management. Never visiting this place again.
