I LOVE Taco Time. I’ve lived it since I was a child. I had to take my children since there isn’t a location in the state we live in. It did not disappoint. The table we sat at was a little sticky, but that was the only negative comment I have.

I’ve eaten here since I was a kid- it’s my favorite Tex-mex fast food. The crisp burritos are unique and delicious, and I love the crisp tacos. Both their hot sauce and green sauce are awesome.

Our family has eaten at Taco Time for decades. We enjoy the food and this is the closest location to our current home. We stopped in yesterday afternoon to eat a late lunch. The cashier/server Halle was friendly and took great care of us. The food was tasty and the restaurant area very clean. I watched as both Halle and the cook, another young lady, cleaned when they weren’t busy – sweeping, wiping down, etc. Who you hire is so important and from our experience it looks like you have a couple of solid, hard working team members! We’ll be back soon enjoy our favorites – Crisp Meat Burritos, Crisp Bean Burritos, Chicken Soft Tacos, Hard Shell Tacos, and Empanadas.

We were surprised at just how much meat they put it their tacos here! Generous portions – so much better than the other taco chain. The chicken was very flavorful on my tacos. Definitely a great quick bite stop.

Why can’t I start a new post on this page – do they not want to hear the truth? Here is my truth with this place and I really don’t like doing this, but I am so disgusted with Taco Time in Payson, Ut. I go back a couple of times a year {because I love the stuffed mexi fries) hoping they have straightened their issues out, but they never fail to show me I have wasted my time and money again. I don’t know why I bother and won’t do it again. Today I ordered a large stuffed mexi fry with an extra ranch, a bean burrito and an iced tea. I get home and check my food (I know, I should have checked it before I left there). My ‘stuffed’ mexi fry was tator tots, I didn’t get the extra ranch they charged me .46 for. I drive back over there, go inside and the young man at the counter acts like it is my fault the guy took the order wrong. Then he charged me another $2 to correct the order. I told him they should eat the $2 since I had to pay the gas to go home and back again. He completely ignored me. I found my burrito exploded in the wrapper when I got home the second time (I know I should have checked it the first time), there was more sauce in the bean burrito then there was beans and by time I got home again it was cold. I think I have finally learned my lesson and won’t ever go back.
