Food was good, service is terrible. Last time I went, the food took 10 minutes to get and it was a single burrito. Also had a few encounters with the employees smoking WHILE making the food. Shut this place down or hire better staff. Props to them, I had one great employee with a good attitude, but everyone else

Stopped in at my fave Taco Time in Nephi after having a tragic day of my dog passing. The girls were AMAZING! Pepped me up and made some amazing soft bean burritos and served some incredible ROOT BEER! Thank you friends and Taco Time for brightening my day!

Service is BEYOND slow. communication between the crew and customers is beyond a joke, and i watched at least 6 different vehicles leave the drive through because of how slow the service is. definitely needs a management team that will help the team thrive rather than them running around with their heads cut off.

Micky and her staff took care of our family right after closing time. They could have easily said they were closed and that would have been acceptable. This location of taco time was less then impressive. The floors were dirty in the dining room and kitchen area. Staff stepped over the trash in the kitchen for about 40 minutes before partially cleaning it upThe trash was overflowing so full there was nowhere to put the tray. On the order I asked for sour cream on the side instead of inside they took out the sour cream on the computer then charged for 3 sides. Then put sour cream in the tacos anyway. I talked to them and they remade the tacos without the sour cream. Upon eating one of the remade tacos I came across a large chunk that turned out to be dehydrated refried beans that had not been rehydrated. Honestly the best part of this taco time was the mexi fries. Due to issues with the order and the mess I couldn’t recommend eating hear.

Was at drive through before closing time waiting in line. Soon as I get up to menu they would not take my order. I will not be going to this taco time again. It’s a shame more and more taco times are closing down. This one lost a returning customer.

Service was horrible, long wait time, food was not good, we ordered a.burrito and it came out made as a qasadilla and they insisted that was the burrito. We ordered 3 items and it took 30 minutes to get. I will never go back there again and would not recommend to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would! It took 45 minutes in the drive thru and they didn’t even get the order right after repeating it 3 times. Then we got to the window and they didn’t give us our whole order and said they were out of mexi fries but didn’t offer a refund. This is the worst service we have ever gotten! DO NOT EAT HERE!!

I will not be going here again. I waited in line for 45 minutes. The communication is horrible. I had to ask 3 different times if they were ready for me to order. By the time I got go the window I had to wait until 25 minutes. Food was cold, close this place down.
