I love the food when they get it right! I have had issues with them getting my order right a few times. Two days ago I had to repeat my order at least 6 times and they still got it wrong. I paid for 2 soft meat burritos and got beans instead (cheaper). They charged me for 2 crisp meat burritos that I didn’t order!! So frustrating and truthfully it makes me angry!! Definitely need to train these people better. I’m thinking lack of training, fucus and all young kids taking orders is a huge problem here.

The cashier taking our order couldn’t figure it out so someone came to help her. They got our order wrong and then the lady came up and said that’s what she heard even though she wasn’t even there. She lied and then wanted to charge us extra. Intentionally stopped here for Taco Time in the way to Lava Hot Springs. Won’t do it again as the staff need training in professionalism, kindness and learn not to be liars.

Very unorganized. Got my order wrong, didn’t know how to fix it, so I just ordered an additional taco. They still brought me the wrong thing. Waited over 20 minutes for a take out order. Front register gal very nice, apologetic. Food was delicious. Good luck.

I had the fish taco it was in a tortilla. The tortilla had not been heated up. Unwrapped it and ate the fish.The fish was very good for fast food.
