Ordered my food and waited 30 min. To realize they never made it. Asked for them to start on it, then they made it wrong and I had to take it back order was at 6:03pm and I didn’t have it the way I ordered until 6:40pm. It was a to stay order so I thought they might notice us with no food for 30min. They gave me an extra free item of their choice that I did not like my wife does but she had ordered it already so the free item they gave was waisted. They also didn’t make us new food they just scraped the onion and tomato off our burrito and missed a lot of it and folded it back up and gave it back. I asked for a refund on the burrito and they said okay and then did nothing, didn’t give me proof of a refund or any cash until I told them I need some form of evidence that I’m getting a refund so they gave me cash and I paid with card. Terrible service, was most likely just a bad night for them specially with us but I had a terrible experience. Never once did I raise my voice and they were willing to work with me by the end. Not a good experience.

This location charges less than the other Taco Times (especially in Davis County) and they actually put a visible amount of meat in their soft tacos. I’ve always received quick and friendly service.

I’ve always liked this Taco Time, but this place seems to be slipping. They are charging for water cups, and taco sauce. If you are nickle and diming your customers for such trivial items, you are missing the mark entirely. Aside from that, the food is getting worse as well. The tater tots were so overdone it was crunchy to the core. The soft tacos are getting lighter too. The bean/meat tubes just don’t taste like anything. Probably really old. Its sad to see such a place just dwindle into nothingness, but I doubt we will see this place much longer with this kind of management.

The blonde/ light brown haired women that was working the window on Saturday, April 29th around 3:45pm 2023 was terrible!! She was so nasty and rude for no reason. Just threw the bag at me through the window. I looked in the bag to see if the order was correct and of course is wasn’t, so I waited by the window for her to open it back up. She just stood there and ignored me for 5 min. She was totally doing it on purpose. I have no idea who made her have such a bad day but she should learn not to take it out on other people that did nothing wrong. My family comes here at least 3 times a week. The guy who works the window during the week is always friendly and great! This grown women however, needs to find a different job and a new attitude!

My parents ordered food and there was barely any meat and it was super cold and the tortillas were hard. We usually love taco time and have been loyal customers for years. I even have worked there at the Draper taco time. We went there tonight to get a refund because of how Horrible the food was and even called in advance to tell them what happened. The man found the complaint on his clip board and the lady we talked to previously on the phone said we could get a refund if we brought in the receipt. The man refused to give them a refund and was so rude! He yelled at us even though we just calmly told him what happened. Riverton Taco time employees are terrible and so rude! They need to be better trained and treat the customers better. Worst experience ever there. We aren’t the only ones who have had a bad experience here. They need to work on customer service and there food quality.
