Once upon a not-so-distant Tuesday, under the intoxicating glow of the ‘open’ sign, I made my way into Taco Time, lured by tales of its legendary crispy meat burritos and a salsa rumored to be the nectar of the gods. With a hungry heart and eager taste buds, I stepped into this fast-food Xanadu.

Taco Time is by far my favorite place to get Mexican style fast food, and oddly the only one that has discovered the magic of putting burritos and tater tots in the fryer. No matter what I get there, it always tastes amazing! I do wish the food cost a little bit less. I’d definitely go more often if it did. But I’ll still be making it back in the future!

Was told it would be 10-15 mins for our order when we walked in and there was 2 other people in the store. There were a few cars in the drive thru but that should NOT be more important than customers who are in front of you, everyone should be taken in turn.

They gave me the wrong food. They shorted me on hot sauce. Okay owners if your people can’t even give the right burritos I ordered meat and they gave me bean at least have them give me enough hot sauce for more more than 2 burritos. Owners what’s it worth to you saving 2 cents in hot sauce or having a return customer that spends money? Ridiculous!

We visited with 2 adults and 2 children. Our food was made fresh and delicious. The mexifries are a favorite. Our ticket was just over $40. That’s a bit more than we are used to paying for fast food with kids, but the quality will keep us returning for future visits. We like the condiment bar as well. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Went there around 9:00 tonight. And sat in the drive threw with no one answering for probably 10 minutes. Some of the employees standing at the back door looked at me and hurried back inside and then just continued to ignore me. There were 3 cars behind in the drive threw.I finally just pulled up to the window where there were multiple employees that saw me and still continued to just ignored me I finally just drove off as it was clear they where not going to take my order. The 3 other cars behind me were ignored as well. I understand if it was like 15 minutes to close or maybe even 20 not wanting to take an order but a whole hour if you didn’t want to work ok but don’t just ignore someone when you have clearly seen me. As soon as everyone cleared the drive thru they hurried and shut the lights off. If you don’t want to provide service after 9:00 then update your hours to a closing time of 9:00 so people don’t drive clear out there for nothing. Taco time is not close to my home.

First of all, it was delicious. I grew up on Taco Time. And I’m not sure who to blame these days. But, I would not recommend their taco salad, because of price. It was way too small for the value. A simple taco would’ve had more meat in it, and cost a lot less. It was mainly lettuce. So I’m disappointed in my meal. I got it to go, now I have to find something else in the house to fill me up.

Food was fine. Customer service was horrible from the jump. Young man taking orders at the drive thru seemed put out to have to deal with us. Pulled around to the window and sat there for about 5 minutes before anyone came out. They didn’t greet us or say hi just gave me the dollar amount owed. There was a group of young kids (employee) boxing and yelling and screwing around.
