I asked for a burrito with no tortilla and could I have corn tortillas on the side and the lady at the front laughed Hysterically. She said no customized food here. She said laughing at me saying go to Taco Bell of Mc Donald’s. I ordered the plate instead with the potatoes on the side. They gave me raw potatoes and just threw some grease on them. DON’T GO HERE. RUDE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Disappointed. We’ve been going here for a long time and enjoyed the food. Today we ordered breakfast egg, cheese, and potato burritos but found bacon in them so we went back. My partner went inside and explained the error, and the employee said they wouldn’t fix it or refund it because we asked for bacon. As non-meat-eaters, it was upsetting to take a bite and then spit it out, and still not get a meal in the end.

This chain is fairly new to the area. As time goes by their services continues to decrease. I have been going to this location since they opened. My last and final visit I ordered a fish taco and also a Carne Asada taco. The cashier had trouble hearing me and repeated back a different order which was no issues. So I responded “I’m sorry no”. and repeated my order in a calm manner. Cashier then puts me down in Spanish probably thinking I would not understand she call me a dumb idiot. (Censored) I pulled up to the window and handed the cook my money as the cashier left her post. They took their time bringing my order and also over cooked my meal and gave me old tortilla’s for my tacos which broke apart immediately. Seeing as they got my order wrong; they added beans and rice to the order. The beans were the only thing edible in the entire order. Everything else was discarded.

If I could give a negative review I would. Desperately need bilingual people. Been there 3 time once got a super soggy chimichanga, the next two failed to even communicate properly. If you aren’t the best with Spanish don’t even bother, especially if it’s something as simple as can I have my shredded tacos on flour tortillas.

Best Mexican fast food I know of. How they put a jalapeño with most dishes is a nice touch. I got the Carne asada torta today. The only downside is the pieces of meat are small so the sandwich pretty much falls apart.

Let me just say the food is good. But They did not sell a drink I liked so I decided to take my own drink. The cashier seen the drink and didn’t say nothing . she took my order of 35$ and made our food. After the food was ready we were about to sit down and eat when they made us feel uncomfortable about eating their if we didn’t pay for drinks. I’ve done this at other local small time fast food joints and no problem whatsoever. I will not return here for the fact that they were rude instead of kindly saying at the beginning that we could not bring drinks inside instead of throwing it in our face after the transaction.

We love this place, but I sure wish they could understand CORN TORTILLAS! Some people cannot eat wheat….flour tortillas….and when that young girl is working she NEVER gets it right! Tonight I even asked her twice if it was corn tortillas and she assured me it was…..NOPE!
