If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m livid. 10 bucks for this burrito bowl that loterally looks like it’s someone’s left overs and they just put more beans with it. When I called the store. The manager Edward was no help whatsoever. Did not offer to make a new one. Asked for a refund and he said he isn’t authorized to give them out and the store owner Heath will be there tomorrow. I’ll be calling again and I’ve already called corporate and of course their voice-mail is full lol. This is the 1st and only time I’ve gotten food from this place. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.

It’s Taco Mayo, what do you expect? I’ll update when they let us eat inside….We’ll inside is open again with a while new crew! We want today and everything was perfect! Even the special requests. The people there now are super friendly! We enjoyed our meal inside and the staff was simply amazing!

After waiting almost 5 minutes they never answered the speaker. I pulled to the window and they finally came wanted to help the guy at the speaker behind me first. When I got my order the bean burrito was super skinny and had very little beans in it.

4:00 pm ish. It was meh, and overpriced. The service was direct. Wouldn’t call it friendly, maybe they were just having a bad or ready to go home. Food was like I said meh. Not seasoned and dripping of what ever sauce they boil it in. Tortilla was over steamed. Can’t really recommend it. There are better places to eat in Guthrie and I have learned my lesson

This used to be one of my favorite fast foods. It has really changed. The past 3 or 4 times I’ve ordered nothing is made like I asked. Potato Locos with no spice.. even after asking again and again. Was told this last time that the manager wouldn’t let them. Asked for extra red sauce on burrito… I could barely see ANY much less taste it… I’ve been a loyal customer for so long. Switching to Taco Bell I guess… I’ve posted pics and changed my 5 stars to 1

I got the i don’t know what burrito, the flour tortillas was like a limp wet noodle and just fell apart when trying to eat it. It broke through and oozed out all into the wrapper looked like something disgusting and tasted worse than it looked. They gave me no napkins at all, needed about 10 with that mess.
