AMAZING! Our waitress Jordan was awesome! She was very knowledgeable about the menu and was even able to recommend a few dishes. When i say we tried everything we really did! From Brussels to wings and nachos to tacos. EVERYTHING was phenomenal. The manager on duty was also great. He even came over and chatted with us for a bit. He checked on us quite frequently but not in a bothersome way. We never had to look up to receive service or refills either. The establishment was VERY clean and had a very family friendly environment. The bar is massive and the drinks are great! They even gave me warm water to sit my 6 week old baby’s bottle in to warm it. Great experience!!!

Our server was attentive, but not annoyingly so. The atmosphere was fun but not too loud (I’m sure this would have been different if a game had been on). The seating is roomy and not crowded. Of course the food was amazing! Overall, we had a great time and a great dinner!

OMG, I had the best burger yet… I tried their Clermont Burger, it has Bacon, fried egg, caramelized onions, very good quality meat, and asked to replace the American Cheese for Smoked Gouda which they did at no extra charge… Let me tell y’all mus try it, you want be disappointed…

Entree salad was tiny. 6 ounces total including the protein and topping. Cannot believe this is an entree! It is a side salad portion from most restaurants. Guacamole had zero seasoning or salt, flat and totally bland. Cheese dip tastes like slices of American cheese, barely melted and clumpy. Chips stale. Do not recommend. Leaving this review after 3 bad visits.

I will definitely be back. I had the roasted wings and tots and they were delicious. The customer service was great. Who ever the little blonde girl is, that was at the take out window around 115pm on 8/10, she needs a raise! Her customer service was great and her attitude was wonderful. She gave us some good suggestions.

The food was great! We got 20 wings and the train wreck nachos. 4 stars because it took a good while for someone to come greet us and take out drinks. Then, it also took a long time for our appetizer(nachos) to arrive. And before it even arrived, they brought us out someone else’s wings. The manager came over and told us our nachos would be right out and they were. Our wings soon followed.

I’ve been to this Taco Mac several times, now that they’ve been open for a few months. I didn’t want to give them an unfair review because of the restaurant being brand new. This location is a great example of TMac… The food is consistent, well-prepared, and tasty. They have the usual, Taco Mac beer selection, from local to imported, and dozens of them. I was very impressed with the staff last week… We went for lunch with about 20 people, and they got everything right, it was timely, and their entire crew seemed to work together very well. We made reservations, which is recommended anywhere if you’re gonna take a group that big. I’d say parking is one of that location’s weaknesses, but you can park in the Kroger lot or at Ace. Overall, this Taco Mac is excellent!
