Great food and service. The portions were huge, and even the small orders are enough to share. We got the guacamole and you could tell it’s made fresh. I did have to add salt, but that’s likely a personal preference. The chorizo nachos were layered with lots of well seasoned chorizo, and my birra quesadilla was not only massive but very tasty. The restaurant itself is on the city street with street parking in the heart of Camden’s cultural center. There are half a dozen or so tables and loud music playing. Our waitress was really nice as the other staff that assisted during our visit. Prices are on the higher side, but you can tell the food is made fresh and they don’t skimp on the ingredients.

The food is worth the price. Me and my husband got 3 tinga (chicken) tacos , 2 tripitas (shitlings), one birria (beef) burrito and 3 tinga flautas and esquites which is mexican corn in a cup with cheese, tajin, lemon, crema and butter. The tripitas tacos were so good I ordered two more before I left. If you have not done so, come eat the best tacos in all South Jersey.

Came in on a Saturday evening, the moment you walked in it smelt like real authentic Mexican food! We order tacos and nachos phenomenal! Being from California we’re spoiled with lots of delicious Mexican restaurants and Taco Loco made us feel like home. I’ll be back soon!

I order a medium sized guacamole’s and they charge me $8 dólares for two spoons of it . No chips nothing. I didn’t pick up it someone else did it and they take benefit of it .

30 bucks for tacos and a drink.. over 5 bucks a taco, and they needed more meat to justify the pricing, in my opinion. I’ll be going to la calpeña up the street instead.

No expert on authentic Mexican food, however I do know taste. I spent $68 on 3 items. All of the food tasted like someone cooked it in their own home with absolutely no cooking skills. It was all nasty, bland, and made with low quality ingredients. I took one taste and closed the containers. They also forgot my queso and tortillas I paid for. Out of $68 and will never go back.

Kinda a waste of Birria meat to me. I got the quesadilla and it was just so much meat. I took it off and save d the meat bec the dough wasn’t good and the cheese was like gum. Just not any flavor. I was disappointed being that my husband made me come here and we spent 50 dollars. Just not for me

Wow! Just wow! I’ve been coming here since they first open. The closest Mexican spot at the time was up in Passaic. I have countless of great memories here. The food has remained incredibly delicious ever since. I love the fact that they’re finally getting the attention they deserve. I highly recommend the Ponchi Burro (Steak). Truly happy for your hard work & staff. Blessings Taco Loco.

I ordered beef and chicken tacos along with the Mexican corn. I was charged for the corn never received it. Also, the tacos fell apart in the damn Styrofoam container. I talked to the cashier prior to leaving assured everything would be as specified/requested. I will not be returning first and last time. Otherwise, the restaurant was clean and ordially.
