Went to try this place for the first time, arrived at 2:20 (they opened at 2) and they said they’re not open yet because their chef is hungover because it was his birthday. Why operate a business if you can’t open up on time for people?

Food was decent, but a bit overpriced. The special board said $1 off ALL street tacos on Tuesday, but found out that was not the case after getting the bill. After asking the server about it, his response was: “We’re only doing that with the ground beef and shredded chicken tacos.”

Ryan was awesome. Im 8 years sober so bartenders usually aren’t too accommodating, but Ryan was on point. The food was really good too. I got the taco that had shrimp w/ some sort of pineapple habanero sauce or glaze, and my mind keeps wandering back to it cause it was phenomenal. So thank you and good job to whoever was running the kitchen.

Last call was super early and denying reentry at 1:35. What the hell has happened to my hometown? Looked legit though inside and definitely upgraded since the good old days of the number 1 party school era when it was just a legit little Mexican restaurant on the hill.
