Order was not complete, missing one taco. How can you not count to three. Only ordered six items, should I be happy I wasn’t missing more?

We were traveling from another state, and as we got back on the freeway, we realized our order wasn’t all there but on the receipt and charged for.. we were to far to turn back.. sad to say, everyone should check your order before you get to far to turn back..

We usually like eating here. But tonight that changed. We ordered and sat down to wait for our meal. They brought it out and just slung it on the table. My husband has ordered nacho cheese for his tots and it wasn’t on the tray. So he asked for it. The manager said he didn’t pay for it. Well he did. He showed them the receipt. She brought it out and threw it on the tray. My husband said he wasn’t impressed with her attitude and she said she didn’t care. He said well you lost a customer she said “that’s ok”. Really sad.

They locked the doors 30 minutes at least before closing and for someone with a kid potty tracing that was infuriating. They had a friend outside waiting for them which they came and talked too before closing. The food was terrible!

Super yummy! It’s been a while since I’ve been to Taco John’s. (We really NEED one in Utah…. preferably Utah County.) SO much better than the other fast food Mexican chains. The service here in Twin Falls was exceptional! I can’t wait to come back!!!

Always so good, potato oles are always crispy. Tacos are great. And it’s cheap! Fed 6 people for $25 and that’s in 2022.

The employees were fine but the food was not good. We got a ton of things and the only good thing was the limited time potato quesadilla.
