Worse than taco bell will not be back over

They had a wonderful, light attitude, the food was fresh and not greasy, and the flavor was amazing! The store is spotless and well maintained. The bathrooms are immaculate as well. We are so glad we road weary travelers stopped in to grab a bite!

Was ok when they first opened. Been nasty last 3 trips. Last time ordered everything with no lettuce. She read it back no lettuce. Receipt said no lettuce. Food came with lettuce smothered all over it, was about room temp and slimy. Oles were cold and greasy and no napkins. Threw it in the trash. So basically my $11 dollar lemonade was refreshing. Won’t be back. Ever…

Last night my boyfriend went through the drive through when he got off work. He ordered a chicken taco salad and a boss bowl with NO salsa. My salad DID NOT have chicken, instead it had beef. His boss bowl had salsa. After paying he told the guy at the window 3 different times he DID NOT want the receipt and to just toss it. The last time the guy tried giving my boyfriend the receipt, that if my boyfriend had to tell him 1 more time he does not want the receipt then he is going to leave and they could keep the food and the receipt and give him a refund. Tonight my boyfriend wanted taco johns for dinner again. So he ordered the boss bowl with NO salsa. He ended up getting salsa, but NOT his drink. Also when he was at the window the guy told him they didn’t have beef and so they had to cancel his order. He asked 3 times what was it that he ordered that had beef in it. All 3 times a lady came and told him don’t have beef and needed to cancel his order. He told the lady he understands that they don’t have beef but he was wondering what he ordered that had beef. When he asked the lady to walk away so he could talk to the other person at the window because the lady was making him mad, he finally go an answer and wanted to know if they could just substitute the beef for chicken. The guy at the window said yes they could do that, the lady that was making my boyfriend mad sounded snoody and told the other workers that my boyfriend didn’t want to cancel his order and wants to substitute the beef for chicken. Both these times were when my boyfriend got into town from work, he works at the mine so this is around 8pm, there is no reason to mess up the orders both times, and no reason to give attitude to the customer who asks a simple question. With the mess ups, what if my boyfriend was allergic to salsa or I was allergic to beef? I understand if they mess up and did those things during a dinner rush, but 8 at night they are NOT busy!

This was our first time trying their food and it’s not bad (basically a Taco Bell) but we got the grande beef tacos and they’re not bad at all. They have ‘pico’ on them and the kid tried to explain to me what pico de gallo is (we’re from South Texas and know pico de gallo) and this is just lettuce and tomatoes, which is not pico de gallo but overall, not bad food and made fresh.

Like taco bell but way better. Food tasted fresh and was very flavorful. Staff was awesome, Lori took my order and was great, Teagan was the cook and the food was awesome. First time eating at a taco John’s and hopefully won’t be my last. Wish there was one near my home. I was so satisfied after dinner.

I’m from New Mexico,we have real Chile. I don’t know what is in their meat mix. It not what I’m use too. But the sides are not bad. Chips and donuts aren’t bad. Wife likes the donuts.
