Food was good, however we were missing items. Sorry no one orders potatoes Ole without nacho cheese. Also plastic sporks were not in the bag. Also no napkins. Didn’t get the whole order, nothing to eat it with and nothing to clean up the mess. Makes it difficult when you are on a 12 hr drive.

Went through the drive through and ordered the #7 street tacos. Got the wrong order and didn’t realize till I got home. Called them and they told me to swing back by and they’d give me the right order. Got back to Taco Johns and they told me I needed to bring back the wrong item they gave me to get the right item. Not sure if they planned to repurpose the food they want returned, but I will not be returning to this taco johns. Very disappointing.

The best sweet tea in Park County!! There’s this one guy who is always super nice and friendly and has such a great positive attitude. Always greets you with a warm friendly smile and asks how your doing and sends you off with a drive safely. He’s great and I think his name is Keegan. There’s also another guy who is awesome and friendly and it’s usually the voice you hear when you drive up.. i don’t know his name but i’d know his voice if I heard it.. he sounds like one of my youtuber guys I watch. He’s pretty great too. And Jackie is my new fave..there used to be another one who reminds me of her but she no longer works there. Very friendly and pleasant people at the Powell TJ.

Edit/Update: No more shrimp tacos for us. The ship that TJ uses is NOT DEVEINED. That grit in your mouth? No, it’s not salt or something added. It’s the poop and dead organisms that the shrimp ate, as they are bottom feeders. Just a thought on your next trip to get Shrimp from TJ…..

People’s orders via doordasher were ordered before the people’s in the drive-through or lobby but take the last priority. As a dasher every single time I see a bag sitting there or one they haven’t even begun to prepare they eventually seal and hand it. I AWAYS have wait at least 10 minutes. There is no excuse to not make orders that were ordered before the customers in the lobby or drive-through. It’s not fair to the Dashers too. We don’t get paid sitting around waiting for an order, we only get paid when we leave the restaurant and until we drop it off. By the time I pick up TJ order I could’ve picked up at McDonalds or Pizza Hut orders the very LEAST 10 minutes earlier. Both of them have the food ready 95% of the time. Doordash only lets us work during the few and short hours in peak times. There’s no reason for Taco John make Doordash orders the last priority.

I know the food isn’t always five star at tacos johns but I always loved to go to the one in powell for the service they are usually some of the nicest people. The guy at the window wasn’t bad training still polite the girls though cutting him off just all around rude with the way they talked and then I got my nacho barley anything on it at all what a complete wast of money I could of went and got a bag of chips and dip for cheaper and got more!
