I had the Street Tacos Trio combo with chicken. I didn’t care for the sauce on the tacos but, that’s just my taste buds. They were put together kind of sloppily. I actually wanted something else but, they didn’t have it available to be made that particular day. The potato ole’s we’re delicious. I should have just ordered a bunch of those. They were perfectly crispy. I will go back again to try more options, maybe what I wanted in the first place.

The same guy taking out trash wanted to help ring up our food… WITHOUT washing his hands. However, management did provide us with a nice environment by removing some teens loitering. Overall, three out of five.

I totally made a mistake and chose wrong location for order pick up. At the speaker and the lady (older with short hair) said she didn’t have an order for me. I told her I paid and have a confirmation number. All she said was she didn’t have an oder and there was nothing on her screen. I said ok I can drive up to the window and show her the confirmation. She audibly scoffed at me. I thought “that was kind of rude but that’s ok we’ll figure it out” I get to the window and she took a few minutes to open the window. She again said there was no order so I showed her my phone and she noticed and rudely said “but that’s the Pershing location” and gave me a very irritated look and said “have a good day” in a very rude tone. I totally made an honest mistake and I will totally own that. I wasn’t rude at all, more confused. Maybe she was having a bad day but it sure made me feel bad. So ma’am, I really hope you read this. If you are the one working the drive through on feb 22nd 2023 and have shorter grey hair, please treat people better who make an honest mistake.

We ordered 2 boss bowls one with no sour cream the other add guacamole, we got both had sour cream Barry any guacamole didn’t add sauces had to pull around to wait for an additional 15 minutes because they said they would bring it out went back inside and the manager female started at my mom not doing anything and another employee had to see what she wanted then they completely forgot what they had to remake and then another employee had to but when my mom said we’ve been waiting 15 minutes for a remake he said yea we know it’s been 15 minutes. The worst customer service ever.
