I was told they have one of the worst management crews especially one manager named Michelle Carroll which is very discriminative especially crew she’s better off being fired with the way she is to customers and her co-workers their food even gave me the food poisoning the day after I ate there and I would love to file a complaint towards their food management

I recently went thru the drive thru at around 2:00PM, and the potato ole’s I ordered, were cold, nasty, and tasted like they had been sitting in the warmer for several hours. Those things do expire after awhile, and need to be thrown out and made fresh. I also ordered 2 sides of sour cream, and one container was completely full, but the other one wasn’t even half full, but yet I still paid full price for both of them. I’m giving them 2 stars rather than only 1, because the soft shell tacos were edible, surprisingly enough.

I understand places are short staffed but the attitude that was given was unnecessary, they didn’t even tell us if it was our full order they practically pushed it out the window and shut it. I would recommend at least letting the customer know that that is the full order before shutting the window!

Tried calling restaurant over 5 times. We believe we got food poisoning yesterday (4/22) from the spicy chicken. This business is full of high school kids who disrespectfully allow friends to come and harass the drive thru customers. Got the manager notified about that problem and she pretty much laughed at me! Great to know y’all serve quality food that made my family extremely ill! Won’t be eating at this location ever again, even if you paid me to.
