We got there 45 min before closing and stood there and waited at least n 10 min before anyone even said a thing to us and a line had started to form inside then they had already closed the registers for the inside ordering and dinning so had to wait to use the drive through registers

Went through the drive thru. I felt the person wasn’t listening to me as I had to repeat myself several times. We waited approximately 5 minutes at the window and were told to pull forward for 5 minutes. I know this because I was watching the time. Not sure I will be back to this Taco Johns. Normally my favorite place, but the service at this one is terrible.
Not Me
I appreciate workers showing up for work so that I can grab food to-go, but that does not excuse them to be rude to people spending their $$ at that establishment. Drive thru worker was not pleasant, did not tell me my total, say thank you, nothing when giving me my gift card back. It’s just sad that they are making good $$ and don’t have common courtesies. Food was also cold.
