Ordered delivery through their website. The door dash deliverer dropped off our meal with the CORRECT name on it. Our order was missing 6 soft shell tacos, nachos, a kids meal of chicken tenders, and donut bites. And we randomly got a taco salad. When I called Taco Johns, the manager told me he would make all our items fresh if we picked it up. On arrival, the cashier said, “oh, yeah there was a mixup with two door dash deliveries. He gave us two different names.” Our door dasher was FEMALE. The manager said that he called his boss and we would have to request a refund from door dash and then put in another order to get our food.

I only go through the drive-thru at this location and would give it five stars however every time I go there I never get a napkin in my bag. Also the potato oles are not very warm usually. Today I had to heat up my cheese sauce when I got home and I only live 4 minutes away. That’s the first time I’ve had to do that. Other than that, customer service is great and the food tastes good.

Went through the drive and ordered a few things not only was the literally hardley anything on my potato buritto and our order we recieved wasnt what we ordered i called amd they said they were mailing me out coupons for replacements and ive never recidved a thing. They were nice about it but didnt follow through and were very skimpy on all ingredients. This picture is my potato burrito supreme or all the works not sure what exact name of it was. So I wouldnt reccomend wasting your time or money here.
