I love taco johns but the customer service at this location is sad. Ordered a quesadilla and it came smushed in a back while the cook rapped a song cussing all about. 0 respect for customers and everything was just made lazily. Cashier and cook on 7/14 at approx. 8pm need a good retraining.

Never have had Taco John’s but I would proudly pick Taco John’s over Taco Bell any day of the week. Told the people that I wasn’t impressed with Del Waco they said they never had it either few other customers said that Taco John’s is a hell of alot better. I was blown away by the flavor its like being kicked in the mouth with flavor. Customer service is awesome as well I can’t wait to be able to eat at Taco John’s again.

I’ve had the super burrito, the vanilla cold brew iced coffee, and the burritos on the value menu. All . Better than taco bell, wish I had one back home. Staff are also super polite and customer service is unmatched.

Get some employees that actually want to work. Went in this morning Sunday 3-5-23 and the girl making orders had no sense of urgency or moving with any kind of purpose. The girl taking orders just acted like she didn’t even want to be there. Then everytime I go in there the customer that came in after me always gets their order first. You need to fix that. That’s why I don’t visit this location often unless I’m in a hurry.
