There was no one else in the restaurant when we arrived, kitchen crew was messing around and didn’t wait on us for awhile. We had to ask for more ingredients in our tacos as there was next to nothing in them. Dining room was fairly clean. As we were finishing up our supper the kitchen crew (3 of them) walked around the building and stood right outside the door smoking. Not impressed.

Tuesday meal was perfect & reasonably priced. However Thursday they got my order extremely wrong & even after 3 attempts the correct food took an additional 40 minutes to get for a total of 1 hr &15 minutes! Not acceptable

The last two times I’ve eaten here have been a total disaster. About a year ago I went through the drive-thru and got stuck in it for 45 minutes literally because somebody didn’t show up for work I was told. When I got to the window I said to her that they should close the drive-thru if it’s going to take 45 minutes to get fast food. once you’re in the drive-thru you can’t get out because it’s a one lane so I suggest NEVER go through this drive-thru!!!! I called the manager she apologized and said she’d send some coupons but she never did send them. Today I went there for the first time since then this time one of the guys could not get my order right which is fine he seemed new but then when he called on his boss to come out they could not get the cash register to charge me the correct amount of $8.99 for the meal I chose which was a super burrito combo. Neither one could work the cash register so after several minutes I said just throw in an extra taco or something to make up for the $10.49 the register was “stuck” on. There were others behind me waiting to order so I wanted to just get this thing moving along. They didn’t know how to cancel the transaction to start over. I was with a friend and we were just rolling our eyes looking at each other it was ridiculous you’d a had to be there. The food was just okay. My other food reviews I usually only give pretty good reviews. This is the worst one I’ve ever given and the very longest haha.

I waited in line in the drive through for half an hour to get my food. I was trapped in the drive through, could not just give up and leave to go somewhere else. The person at the window said there were only 2 people working. If you don’t have enough people to run the restaurant, close it. My boss doesn’t allow me to come back from lunch late just because you are short handed. I really like Taco John’s, but this visit was terrible! I had to scarf my lunch down just to make it back to work on time.

At your store on 10th greatfalls. There is a heavy set lady with tattoos on her arms flowers. One she has no smile and no personality. Also I watched her leave the kitchen with food service gloves on. She went to the bathroom. A couple minutes later she came out with the gloves on, and immediately served a costumer. THAT IS DISCUSTING, she needs to go or be retrained. Disturbing

If you want to be stolen from then DONT GO to this taco John’s on 10th. Been there a few times and every time something is missing. This last time I went half my order was missing after waiting in the drive thru for 20min. Called and the manager said she packaged my order which then she would know she didn’t give me a receipt nor all my food. EXTREMELY RUDE and called me a liar so now I had to call my bank and file fraudulent charges since they stole from me and charged me for everything without giving me half of my things.

Had to wait over 30 minutes to receive my food from the time I ordered it to getting it in my car it totalled out to be 35 minutes. The person taking the money and handing out the food was just standing there by the window not doing anything while I waited to pay for my order. Overall was an aweful experience and they waisted my entire lunch.
