I have eaten at Taco John many times. My normal order is a taco salad no bowl and extra meat. It has always been served in the same container that super oles or nachos are served in. Today it came in a small “side salad” size container and only had lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and regular serving of meat on it, no sour cream or dressing. I brought it back up to complain and the guy that looked at it asked if it was suppose to be a taco salad. When I said yes, he looked dumbfounded. The only thing they were willing to do is give me some sour cream.

Does not accept mobile orders through the app. Therefore if you’re in a rush you have to waste time ordering when instead you could just give your name. But what do you expect from the one that isn’t owned by the same person the other two are. Don’t waste your time here.
