Staff changes a lot, few times realllllly bad service other time great service. Food is fairly good although I feel they hold some things too long (potatoes and meat) and a lot of the time I come in and the salsa bar is dirty. It is a tad more expensive then the stuff around it but you are paying for “fresh ingredients”. I haven’t had many problems with them and the few that I have had were resolved fairly quickly and fairly.

I have always gone to taco johns for a meal because they were always friendly and very helpful, well as of the last few times we have gone there it isn’t that way anymore, it’s gone way down hill with little girls sitting on the counters where they serve food to nobody being available to answer the speaker and this morning my husband even walked up and knocked on the drive up window and could see them moving around in there but still No service, well sadly if nothing changes we will not be going back again.

Have always had good and hot meals at Taco John’s. The price is always right. The server’s are always welcoming and courteous. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I don’t know any fast food place that is always totally clean.!

Food was okay, service was very unprofessional. As we paid I handed the cashier a $100 cash, she counted the money out to herself, told me the amount as she shoved it into my hands and walked off. I counted the money after arranging it properly and she had miscalculated leaving me $5 short. I asked her to check it but she opened the till and threw a $5 on the counter with haste and walked off. Only to grab her cellphone and zone out…not going back anytime soon.

Rarely do they get oyr order right and when you order extra olives you get THREE extra SLICES of an olive for 90 cents. That is INSANE.

I was in a hurry to get home to watch the Thursday Night Football game and stopped by the drive-thru and got a six pack and a pound. Took maybe five minutes at the most!

just left taco John’s and not happy. ordered our food and the wife paid . I realized that we were over charged by 3.30$ . I told the cashier and they all discussed it and that they owed me 1.30$ I explained my side of things they gave me the 1 and walked away. how can a place charge almost 7 dollars for a cheese quesadilla. Not going back any time soon.

I’m not a huge Mexican fast food fan but I was pleasantly surprised by taco John’s. Good tacos, kids liked their quesadillas, liked the potato tots. Overall, I’d go back.
