Food quality at this location has gone down the drain. Management needs to pay attention to this and try to rectify the ongoing issues. This is true for all the TJ’s Bismarck locations. The food sucks, the service sucks, the people working in the kitchen just slap a few ingredients together and call it done! While the prices consistently keep going up.

0/10. burrito was cold and horrible. I’ve had the crunchy chicken burrito before and this was just so bad. Also did not come with nacho cheese on burrito so it was so dry. Chicken was just tiny fried pieces of breading. Tomatoes were not fresh and mushy. Drive through took a while, but probably short staffed. I’m just shocked how awful this was. my dad is a taco John’s franchise owner in Wisconsin and this was just embarrassing for them to give to serve to anyone.

This has to be the worst Taco John’s I have ever been to. We ordered for takeout, and it took over 45 mins for them to prepare our food. Food was sub par and they forgot two items we ordered. If I am ever in the Bismarck area again, I will not be stopping here to grab food.

Worst Taco John’s in Bismarck. Consistently can’t get my order right, the drive through is terrible. And today they wouldn’t serve me breakfast during breakfast hours. Had to drive across the street and get McDonald’s breakfast. Done giving these guys a chance.
