Fast service, it’s reasonable because it’s the only fast food in the area. The food was decent for a Taco john’s, but it was absolutely freezing in the dining area. It was 60° outside and even colder in the building, because they had the air conditioning so cold, I started shivering before I even got done ordering. The food came warm but the atmosphere cooled it immediately. Otherwise it was fine though.

This establishment consistently disappoints, with a success rate of only 1 out of 10 visits. It’s frustratingly unpredictable, as they seem to close at random intervals without warning. Additionally, their food orders are often only partially incorrect, leading to a lack of confidence in the dining experience. Your safest choice would be to set your expectations low and hope for a basic combination of tator tots and a fountain soda.

We came to get lunch and they were pretty slow. We went through the drive-through and they charged us $2 for medium water! They then forgot the waters until I had to remind them. It took about 5 minutes just to fill up water. The food was not the best. The chicken taco tasted like plastic and the chicken was cold. I felt like I was going to throw up after. The prices were pretty high as well. I do not reccomend.

Went inside to order to-go. Agree with other review(s) suggesting how cold it was, but we were not in there long. We found the group of gentlemen working to be very helpful and appreciate that they took their time to get the order right.

Rarely open, definitely not clean, and made an online order, showed up to find them closed, tried to complain to corporate, got a call from the “owner” who then said they’d get us a refund, which also never showed up. Amazingly bad.

We stopped to eat here and when we went to order they were out of nacho cheese, crunchy chicken, hot sauce and soap. Yes, there was no soap in the bathroom. When we ordered burritos with no nacho cheese one of the staff yelled at the other that he told her he can’t do burritos because there was no cheese even after we said without cheese was fine. When we got our food, they didn’t have all of our order. So we went to ask for the quesadilla for the kids meal. ♀️ After reordering, one of the grown man staff threw a big tantrum about having to make the item that was forgotten. Then, when not busy the staff stood around eating food. I’ve never experienced anything like this visit.

I loved the burrito and tots. But my associate did not like his bigger burrito. I would go again, but he would not. The service was mediocre with 5 in the store but no one dining-in but us. As we left ALL the staff were out the back for a smoke and socializing.
