I googled their hours at 57th and Cliff before going over. It was 915 pm, and it says they are open until 1p pm. I went in, and some guy mumbled something at me from behind the counter as he walked away and disappeared in the back. I waited a minute, and finally another guy came up and told me the lobby closed at 9 pm, I have to go to the drive through. I went outside and went through the drive through, ordered a 6 pack and a pound. I wanted some protein bowls, and they said they weren’t available because most stuff was put away. Now I remember why I don’t go to Taco John’s anymore! Barely any sauce packets when I asked for extras. Easier to stay home and make a sandwich. My past complaints have been blown off by the regional manager Curtis, so I give up.

The last 3 times I went through the drive thru here my order was missing something. I called 2 times & both times they want me to come back. I live south of Sioux Falls & gas isn’t cheap. So they say they will mail me a coupon. I have yet to receive any. My last visit was over 10 days ago. Giving up on this location. Make sure to check your orders each time before you leave.

Man, Taco John’s is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. Everyone knows their potato ole’s are one of the best fast food sides. Tacos are also always good. TJ’s is the better quality of the fast food Americanized taco joints. Of course it isn’t going to hold a candle to a sit down restaurant or Giliberto’s at 3 AM. But TJs hits the spot, and even though this location is shared with a gas station it’s still pretty legit and I’ve never had a complaint with their food or service.

My husband and I ordered via the mobile app. I went to the store to get my order and stood at the front with the staff looking at me. The counter person finally came and I told them I was there for my mobile order. I watched as the team in the kitchen argued with each other while I waited. I finally saw our order get out together, and promptly put into the hot box because the young man on til didn’t bother to tell anyone why I was there. I stood there for 5-10 minutes, unable to get a word in because they were still arguing with each other. I finally got our food, and they forgot my husband’s oles and gave him the wrong drink.

Because when I went there we picked it up and headed home w/o looking at the food. When we got home we opened our bag and saw that our Ole’s were drenched in cheese and it was all soggy because the cheese wasn’t closed all the way. We would usually leave a good review Buhh NOT today.

I have never been to one of your restaurants and I won’t be back, I order 3 things straight off the menu no changes and you still got it wrong, unsweetened tea should not be sweet a kids meal should come with a drink.. these are your menu items that I’m sure you serve everyday. A friend took us out for lunch at Taco John’s, and the food was delicious. But I’m glad he was buying, because the price tag was outrageous! Taco John’s… you’re getting a little out of control with your menu prices. Especially for fast food. In South Dakota. But we thank you! The service was fast, food was hot and yummy, and the gal at the drive-thru window was courteous.
