Mobile order process did not go smoothly and my order was canceled but that was fine. I just ordered at the store with the associates who were attempting to be helpful. The reason for the 3 was the manager and the way she treated the staff. I understand you are busy but with a lot of options for places to work I was shocked. I enjoy Taco John’s but will find other locations to visit and hope this was an anomaly for the staff’s sake.

Always something wrong in the drive-thru. Today I ordered ahead and there were 5 cars ahead of me. I expected a wait, but my goodness. Not only was I in line for 33 minutes, but my online order wasn’t even ready when I got to the window and when I got home, I noticed missing items from my order. At least I didn’t find hair in my food like I did last time. This will be my last visit here. I’ve had enough.

Spent $60 in five thru and 3 things were missing. Went back to get the 3 missing items. Manager was rude and wanted the whole order back in order to fix it. It was explained to her that people were eating the food that was right and just wanted the 3 missing things. She was very rude about the situation she and her team created. Very poor customer service! Also the crispy cheddar taco shell was over done and greasy!

Was there today at 7pm. Rudest cashier I’ve seen in a long time. Customer in front of me got the wrong order, she was rude to him. When I asked if there was sour cream (paid extra) she rolled her eyes n replied, yes. Guess what, no sour cream. Food was nasty. Never going there again

Just paid 3.69 + Tax for med potatoes oles that are so salty I can’t eat and they wanted 2.60 for two sides of sour cream. Eating out is no longer good or affordable.

Decided to partake in Taco Tuesday, Got a few soft tacos, boy they were greasy, so greasy the outer wrapper was soaked in grease. They also have done away with the salsa bar, which was one of their positives. So this place is off the list, Avoid, unless you have to have the Potato Oles.

Ordered 2 six pack and a pounds, 2 cheese quesadillas and a medium potato and got 3 large potatoes and 3 burritos. When I had to drive all the way back the manager told me I was lying so I pulled out my receipt and said then why do I have 3 burritos I didn’t order. They then came back with 6 tacos and still a quesadilla short. I then attempted to educate the man at the counter that my partner is a diabetic and that she may have taken the wrong amount of insulin since she thought she was eating a medium potato and he told me I am not giving you free food and it isn’t my problem. Got back opened the bag and we were still a taco and a cheese quesadilla short. Potatoes were all cold and old when we finally got to eat them.

Quite a joke experience here tonight, pulled up, older lady comes over intercom and its extremely muffled, i say “Sorry didnt quite catch that”. She repeats but its still muffled. I then say “So sorry i still cant make out what your saying”. She then in a aggressive, annoyed tone repeats much louder, to which i can understand and i place my order. Pull up to the window which is slightly open, she is no more than 4 feet away, and before she takes payment starts mocking me “I cant hear you, i cant hear you” very loudly in a whiny immature voice to her coworkers as if its my fault the intercom speaker is distorted/muffled/quiet. After that i decided taco bell was next door and the next best option so i just drove off. Wouldnt want food prepared by people like that, im sure it wouldve been bottom of the barrel quality too, overcooked olays and such since i inconvenienced them so much. Im sure they were happy after that as this ment they could continue to ride out the clock till shift end.

I was in there yesterday & this Zack guy was in there yelling at his fellow employees saying stuff like. Just get out of my site I cant stand to look at you anymore. Don’t even bother touching that order. You’re just going to mess it up anyway! What are you even doing here? If you’re not part of the solution you’re obviously part of the problem. What part don’t you get you’re the problem!! Then as he’s handing me order he asks if I’m going to eat all this food to myself because it looks like i could! Trying to make fun of me because of my size. I was there getting an order that they messed up on last week for me and my co worker!! I will never ever go back to this Taco Johns as long as Zach is working there. I did call corporate and report him as well. I highly doubt anything will happen. But i feel bad for the young ladies he was yelling at. Who gives anyone the right to treat anyone like that??!!
