Just stood at the counter and the cook was pretending to be busy and ignored the fact that I was standing there. Nobody eating in the store, no orders on the screen, also no cashier. There was an employee walking around carrying jeans balled up with underwear, I assumed they just changed in the bathroom for their shift. The dining room has food and trash on most tables. I just left, too bad because I love taco johns, maybe just stick to my diet lol. Lost a customer at this location for life and I will tell everybody I know not to go here as well. Very sad vibe, whoever owns this location needs to pay attention to their investment. Not surprised if next time I pass through it will be closed.

They have raised their prices by a noticable amount (almosy 3$ for a plain bean burrito) and the worker forgot the oles order and salsas, then gave us mild instead of hot which is what I asked for. They also charge for every extra like lettuce and tomatoes and don’t give generous amounts. When all is said and done it does have a good taste and doesn’t upset my stomach like some other places do.

Love this location! Super friendly, kind, polite employees! Churros are a MUST! The only thing I wish could change is the tables and seats are always dirty, thankfully they offer wet wipes! I forgot to take pics of our food or the tables, I only took pics of the ladies bathroom!

To start off it took 20 mins to get my food I understand they were busy, that wasn’t my issue. I got the 6 tacos and 1lbs potatoes and all my tacos where cold and next to none on the meat…. I brought the issue up and the cooks gave me attitude I just wanted fresh hot tacos (see photo of my taco). I will not be returning and I will reach out to corporate it not a guy to leave reviews but this was the worst customer service I have ever gotten in a fast food location

I have a warm spot in my heart for Taco John’s (I worked at one of my first jobs in high school)… HOWEVER this location was a huge disappointment! The counter person and the line server were utterly indifferent, the wait was long, and the food quality was marginal at best. The Steak Street Taco combo was TINY (see photo) and looked nothing like the picture of it. The worst part was being over charged and when I asked the cashier if the little pile of tinfoil and carbs on my tray was really a $13 combo, she just kept saying “that’s what you ordered”. I showed her my receipt (see photo) which showed the charge for the combo and it was about $3 more than it was listed for on the menu…then the up charges on top of that. She in no way tried to make it right in any way. Never going back to this one, I hope they can fix it…I really want to keep liking Taco John’s, but this particular one sucks.

Very upset and disappointed.. I ordered a meat and potato burrito and got refried beans, rotten lettuce and sour cream, my soft taco also had rotten lettuce and refried, nacho chips and cheese.. I wanted a medium potatoes Olés .. I will NEVER order from here again..
