I went through the drive-through. My meal was perfect! It was fresh and hot. It had not been sitting under a warming light! I ordered 3 separate items, and they were great! Delicious! Not lacking portion size! I had more meat than shell! That was going to be the deciding factor if I would go back again! I absolutely will return to this Taco John location! The window staff was a happy guy, and friendly! He had personality! I tipped him, for he was so pleasant!

Breakfast is always great. Tried out the new Boss Bowl today but received the burrito instead. Got maybe a teaspoon of actual meat in the whole thing, was pretty much entirely rice 🙁 Guess I’ll stick to breakfast.

This is a new review relating to my experience today. I pulled into the drive thru about 9:20pm (this location closes at 10pm) I ordered a beefy loaded taco combo with churro and Mexican donuts. I pull up behind 2 cars waiting at the drive thru window. I waited for about 15 min till I could pay. I was told they ran out of beef and asked if they could substitute chicken in. I said that was fine. I waited for 5 min was given my food and left. After leaving I realized I wasn’t given my drink so I turned around and went back to the drive thru. I was ignored at the menu for 5 min so I pulled up behind theb3 cars waiting at the window. After another 15 min I pulled up to the window at 9:58. I was then completely ignored by all of the employees. One of which looked directly at me. I sat there till 10:05pm all I wanted was my drink.

The drive threw was down because corporate doesn’t believe fixing the drive through is a priority. The manager was just standing there and watching the kids make the food instead of helping them. I dont like that at all. The price has also increased so much that it isnt worth it anymore. 6 pack and a pound with a tiny container of cheese came to 18 dollars

Stopped for dinner at 9:46 (understand they closed at 10) pulled up to the drive thru and was not greeted, after waiting a few minutes, I pulled to the window where we were ignored by the 2 young men who looked right at us. Once they finally came to the window, they were extremely rude and said they were closing early due to short staff (there was 2 if not 3 of them and shut the window on us. Do better Taco Johns!

Went drive thru on 4th of July and was the only car in the drive through. They gave me what looked like a half eaten quesadilla, and one that looked like it was thrown on the floor and stepped on. The said oh my bad let me remake thenfor you… I demanded a refund and will never go here again! Awful service.
