Antigo, WI Location only….Fast, friendly service. Large portions served hot and fresh. It’s so great to eat in the dining room. Thank you for hiring suitable people to staff. It really makes a difference when a person doesn’t have to carefully eat Super Nachos in their car. Those are so sloppy. Yummm.

Honestly every single time I go to this location the service is phenomenally slow. Its ridiculous, and the employees all sound bored out of their mind or tired of life when they answer the drive through. For fast food it isn’t really fast, but at least it’s decent tasting.

Very good food. Especially if you want better than South of the border. Potato ole’s are awesome. No one else has them and that is there fault. I go sometimes just for the ole’s as a snack. They also have meal deal for a few people with a 6 pack of tacos and a pound of the ole’s. Really great deal. Loaded nachos are great to. Have a lot more topping than the competition.

I’ll eat just about anything taco related, but I ate one from the 6 pack and threw the rest away. The potato Ole’s tasted like they buried them in salt before they bagged them up, and they forgot the cheese sauce. Who forgets the cheese sauce? I mean seriously, this is Wisconsin.

Stated that they had an employee emergency from 2pm-3pm so they’d be closed, and they were already not answering the drive thru at 1:45pm with the sign still on. And no-one ever knows when they’re open. Do better, as people are disappointed in your customer service.

Andrew and the staff were awesome! And I normally don’t say that about many people! Very polite, and anticipates what you might need! He’s definitely a keeper!

I ordered a simple beef and potato burrito with nacho cheese and instead got a chicken and potato burrito with ranch. They also took an unusually long time to prepare and give me my order. When I called to complain of this, the manager refused to give me service and berated me calling me mean and rude, even though I had a right to be upset. I waited a long time to get a wrong order. I have never received such terrible service before. I advise others to be cautious when coming here.

This rhinelander location has really gone downhill. They must have the worst management or ownership of all I’ve seen. They’ve always got an excuse for not being open and even when they are they take forever to respond in the drive thru and sometimes they don’t acknowledge you at all. The last few times I’ve tried using them I’ve ended up leaving and going elsewhere. Very poor service.

I usually love taco John’s but was kind of disappointed last night. 1) They had a big sign for Tuesday specials, soft shells tacos for $1.39. So I ordered a chicken soft shell and it turns out it was $2.39, the special is only for beef they didn’t bother to tell me that. 2) The bean burrito I ordered was barely warm and certainly not hot.
