I tried to order at Taco John’s and gave up. I even went in and waited for someone to acknowledge me. That did not happen. I would if been better off ordering on the app and picking up. Be prepared to wait if you go in even at drive though. Online order is probably your best option as either they are short staff or not prepared to handle multiple people at once. Either way I like there food but if in a hurry plan ahead with the app and maybe ask for the potatoes Ole with less salt soo they will be fresh. Not sure if it will work but worth a try

Nothing near authentic. Example as I ordered taco bowl without rice and they delivered to me like in less than a minute. Also it was more of a snack than a meal and it cost about 8 bucks so pretty unimpressed but people really nice and the place is very clean.

Taco Tuesday special, supposed be $1.19 each. This lady at counter over charged everyone $1.89 each. Didn’t fix the price when I asked, instead avoided me and other guys. Ridiculous

Went here last night. Let’s just say I am disgusted! The women’s bathroom sink is not working and an employee came out of the bathroom, did not go to another sink and wash her hands, and went straight to making food.

They’ve changed the offerings & food not as good as we remembered. Service lady VERY bright & chatty. One person sitting, playing, perhaps, some kind of self-improvement videos, loud enough for anyone in the dining area would have heard. I didn’t notice any Taco John food at her table, but I don’t know how long she’d been there. She left about 5 minutes before we did, but I don’t think she got into a car. It was cold, windy & there was snow on the ground. I don’t believe we’ll go back to another Taco John’s if they’re all like this now.

I don’t know if you can see but this taco John’s was very light on the meat tonight. My husband usually can’t finish a super potato olay but after this, he’s not full and not happy. There seemed to be alot of kids working that I can tell. Off having side conversations and such. Not paying us much attention. I dont know if my husband will come back here. He’s pretty annoyed with the service. Seemed like everything we ordered was half the size of what we usually would get. Had we known, we would have ordered accordingly. Taco John’s is a little more expensive than other fast food drive throughs. So if its going to be like that, well it just isn’t worth it. Sorry Taco John, your employees messed it up tonight.
