Was here April 2nd, 2023. The workers here were real decent people and the store was real clean. Service was great. I stopped here on a roadtrip and was real impressed with just how decent this place was. Food was great and presented very well. Other fast food chains should be taking notes if this is how Taco John’s normally operates.

Waited 18 mins only us and 1 other car in drive. Meat was like soup said no guacamole and sauce in bag. They put sauce on the tacos no silver ware and food cold 26$ I expected better never will go there again

Waited for ten minutes with no answer at the drive thru (9:30AM 06/25/2023). Went to the window, no one there. Two drivers before me had the same issue. Went inside and one guy is just standing there doing nothing.

This place was so poorly staffed that the manager shut down the dinning room as he had only two other employees on a weekday lunch. Our wait was half an hour! The food was good, however, the owners NEED TO HIRE MORE STAFF! Although the manager was very polite and apologetic it seems to me that the owners of this restaurant need to invest in more staff or shut it down.

I was there today and there were 3 employees working and the woman working the drive thru complained that they were not staffed….yet she was not doing anything except complaining about the customers. They absolutely have lost my business, and are the most unprofessional staff that I have ever encountered. They also refused to give me a refund after 30 minutes of waiting because they “didn’t know how” I would not recommend, and will never return.

Long hair in Taco… They took the hair out of the taco and suggested we eat it . Spent $45 on a meal to enjoy, and all the employees behind the counter were laughing and making snarky comments about it. Went up to the counter to get a refund with the taco and the other two tacos, and that manager gave us major attitude. And then proceeded to laugh with all the employees as we were sitting out in the lobby.. very unprofessional, and if you don’t mind eating hairs taco john is for you. I will never step foot in a taco John’s ever again.
