I watched cars in the other line arrive after me and get helped first, after I was acknowledged right away and asked to wait. Food was okay. There was no crunch in my crunchy burrito. Had to google it to realize the chips were omitted.

Visiting from Illinois and I always get this while in town. Won’t be back again! Ordered in drive thru 1 burrito and 2 large potato oles. Get to window and girl at window asks us to pull into spots to wait on oles. 15 mins goes back and 3 other vehicles Get served. Another girl comes out and we tell her we have been waiting almost 20 mins. She goes inside. Another 5 mins goes by so I go to window and knock. I am ignored while they are loudly talking about us! My father approaches and girl at window looks at him and starts laughing. Of course my 60 yr old father is livid at this point. He asks her why she’s laughing and she denies it saying “I don’t know what ur talking about I’m just taking orders” while grinning. Other female in back brings us the bag of food and extra food inside but gets attitude saying “well we put extra food in there so”

Potato oles almost burnt, way too done. Tacos cold. Pay for a six pack and a pound, should be better.

Came here at about 7PM on Saturday night, stood and waited for an employee to take my order for about 5 minutes, while I could see him standing by the fryer just eating potato oles out of the heater they are stored in. WITHOUT GLOVES NONETHELESS. Be ashamed of yourselves!!! Hire workers who care about food safety and customer service

Although this restaurant is considered fast food, the breakfast burrito I had was very tasty. There drive thru service was quick and the customer service was friendly. I’ll definitely be stopping by again during my next trip to Sioux City, IA.
