Stopped in for takeout after a long day. My order had some special requests due to food allergies. The staff was very rude. The old lady on the register has no business being in a customer service role, and the staff making the food were just as rude and disrespectful. This was early afternoon, so it’s not like we went in five minutes before closing. Of course, the food was just as bad. This location was my Taco John’s go-to, but no longer will that be the case. Avoid this location and find a different Taco John’s if you want good service and good food.

A must-stop when we’re in Iowa or heading west. As vegetarians, they will let us order tacos with beans substituted instead of beef at no additional charge. Potato oles plus chips and cheese. A really filling meal (and we ignore that it’s our calories for the day).

First time eating at a Taco John’s in probably 35 years. Was impressed with the variety of menu options. Ordered the Boss Burrito with Potato Ole’s plus two regular soft shell ground beef tacos. The Burrito was very good. Reminded me of a certain fast casual Burrito chain. Potato Ole’s were crispy and well seasoned. They are my new favorite side. I thought the tacos were good, but not the best I’ve ever had. Overall, I’ll definitely eat at a Taco John’s again.

Ordered the 4 cheese quesadilla because on the commercial it looked good and cheesy. I don’t what this is supposed to be but I would be embarrassed to serve this to someone. What the heck?? This is some of the worst garbage I’ve ever eaten. I could only eat one piece and threw the rest in the trash. Thanks Taco John’s I won’t be ordering from you again

Stopped for .89 hard shells, 6 per customer, per day till end of June. Shift leader nor assistant manager knew how to ring it up, first told one 1 per day per customer and when I showed them the coupon and pointed out it said 6 per customer, I was told they have the right to refuse service to me. Worst management I have ever come across, needless to say, I walked out. I will never spend my hard earned dollars with a place that gets mad at me because they have no idea what they are doing! Absolutely awful service!
