I wish I could give this place zero stars. We placed an order online and paid. Arrived and manager Javier said they didn’t get the order. He copied the order off my phone and we waited for them to make it. Noticed food was missing and waited longer. We drove 40 minutes home only to discover they didn’t even make the right order, which I should have checked more thoroughly. When my husband called to get a refund, Javier was extremely argumentative and would not resolve it for us. The incorrect tacos we did receive looked like the inside of a baby’s diaper. This will be our first and last time ever eating Taco John’s. Save your hard earned money and stay very far away.

My wife and I heard that Taco Johns was good so we drove 45 minutes to have lunch there. Biggest disappointment was the tacos. Lots of lettuce but where’s the beef?? Worst tacos we have ever had. Not filling and bland. Out of Dr. Pepper. The potato side looked like it had been scraped off the bottom. They were not busy but took so long for our food that we had to go ask when it would be served. Bathroom needs serious renovation. Staff weren’t the friendliest either. We won’t be returning.

Was told to try it. $18 down the drain. Absolutely gross. Diarrhea ensuing meat on the tacos, chips were stale and flavorless. We wont be back. Suggestion: put a Del Taco franchise here, great spot for it.

Today we went to Taco John’s for the first time since moving here to try the new Mango shrimp tacos. (3 tacos for $6 deal…..) We waited almost 15 minutes for our order which was supposed to be 2 sets of the shrimp tacos (6 total) and a chicken burrito. After waiting patiently and paying $21.94 we opened the bag to find only 2 of the 6 tacos. When I went in JANET was very dismissive and told me I was incorrect even though the picture all over the building clearly stated the deal and showed it in the picture….I was so frustrated my husband had to go in when he walked in to hear her complaining about me. He was very calm and tried to figure this out when Janet copped an attitude and refused to admit she was wrong until my husband CLEARLY showed her the actual deal and told her “I’m here calm so change your attitude right now.” Once she realized she was completely wrong she then back tracked and continued to make excuses. Needless to say the tacos were great but the customer service was HORRIBLE. I have worked in customer service and the food industry since I was 15 and I even know better than to argue and be aggressive with a customer. We will NOT be coming back unless we are wicked desperate but we hope JANET does some self reflecting and treats Taco John customers better than she treated me and my husband today. DON’T ARGUE THAT A TRIO IS ONLY 2 TACOS WHEN CLEARLY IT’S 3…I hate having to complain and write a review and I’m usually wicked tolerable but the disrespect is something I will not tolerate.

I love this place so much. It’s way better than Taco Bell. Way better. The only other place I know where a Taco John’s was is in Billings, MT. I was so excited to see a Taco John’s in Morristown! I recommend the crunchy chicken and potato burrito (I don’t think they call it that here, but that’s what it was called in Montana) and the oles with cheese. So so good.

Taco John’s has the best tacos in town. The potato ole’s are amazing. You can’t get those anywhere else. It is nice being able to get items off the salsa bar. Other places are so cheap with their condiments, its refreshing to not have to practically beg for them.

Taco Bell should be worried! Their menu has more than just tacos. Quality of the food is excellent. Clean dining area… woman’s bathroom was very clean at my time of visit. Excellent prices and big portions of meals! I highly highly recommend this place.

Stopped this morning for breakfast and it was amazing even though they were short staffed only the general manager and a girl who was there for her first day they still were rocking it out. Good management is what makes the difference
