My order had some very fatty bites, like pure fat chunks I had to spit into my napkin. Salt is the main flavoring in the “meh” crispy beef bowl. High blood pressure/you’ll retain water and feel bloated amount of salt. And they may want to add a pinch of sugar to balance the overall flavor. I try to support local businesses, but will have to give this place a pass in the future. Across the street Mission Taqueria is worth the extra money.
