We dropped in for a pleasant surprise: an inexpensive place for tacos, burritos and alcohol! It really hit the spot on a hot day. The food was delicious, and I thought my 3 tacos for $9.99, liberally dosed with sour cream and guac were fabulous. And, oh yeah, the big margarita in a tall glass was the perfect way to wash it down. I’ll definitely be back for breakfast.

Drove through tonight for ice cream with our little dog, on a Jeep camping road trip. Staff was the kindest, friendliest faces we’ve seen in two weeks. They made our day. Great icecream/shake too!

I got the Monday special a pork tamale, an enchilada with rice and beans and asked for the spiciest salsa they had to my surprise it packs a nice punch. I can never find a salsa hot enough for me. I also got 3 breakfast burritos but; after eating my first meal, I couldn’t stop and had to try one of the breakfast burritos and wow, it was amazing. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone getting done with a hike near by looking to get some good hearty fuel in your system at a good price. Hands down the best place I went in town.

Hadn’t been there before. A man that was working the front counter on 5-18-2023 was extremely rude when I didn’t place my order fast enough. He rolled his eyes repeatedly and said which sauce do you want. I replied with hot sauce on the side. He didn’t explain that it was red chili or green color chili. I was confused. He sarcastically said red or green instead of explaining that it was red or green chili not mild or hot sauce. I said your energy isn’t good and it’s offending me. He said there’s the door! I left and won’t ever be back. I will also not recommend this place. Don’t work in customer service if you can’t communicate or be polite! Food might be good, but I’ll never know! Such rudeness….

At Taco Hut I had a sausage breakfast burrito smothered with green chili sauce. The burrito was as big as the plate. The horchata was really good. Nice outdoor seating. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I’ve only had their breakfast burritos and their biscuits and gravy. Both were epic. If you want something that’ll stick to your ribs and last for a while this is the place for you.
