A great Saturday afternoon dining experience. The food was great. Served hot. Our “servers” were friendly and thoughtful. Prices were very reasonable, and the portions were more than enough (at least for me )

Didn’t get any photos really but i had a video i tried uploading but didn’t work out. Either way huge restaurant. It had a bar area, lots of tables inside and i believe outside seating as well. TVs around for entertainment. Food was good. Definitely would go back. Tacos were about the same as anywhere else the sauce fresh cliantro and onions gave them more flavor. My friend liked the fish tacos. The elotes were okay not the best but would get again. The plantains were delicious just wasn’t a fan of the creama and cheese on them might need to ask them to hold that next time but they were sweet, tender, and really savory.

My friend and I were recommended Taco Grande, so we decided to try it for lunch! What a wonderful experience! Our waitress Maria was just a ray of sunshine & our food was delicious! I ordered the Taco salad & everything was fresh and flavorful! The restaurant was beautifully decorated and very clean and organized! I highly recommend you try them! We also had a nice view of the river from the inside from where we sat!

Taco Grande is the latest addition to the Wilmington Water Front, filling the space formerly occupied by Joe’s Crab Shack. While the footprint of the space is basically unchanged, the remodel adds a wholly new and improved atmosphere.

Stopped for lunch after visiting DCM. Place is good for some good Mexican food, didn’t really like the service at first as the lady who attended us didn’t turn back for 30 mins. Kevin the manager took notice of it and made sure we had a good experience. Soon food was there in no time. I would try this place again.

I don’t know why this place doesn’t have 5 stars. It blows Border Cafe out of the water. The food and drinks are simply excellent. Chips and salsa are perfect – very thin and crispy, and the salsa is fresh. My birria tacos were not overly greasy and the flavor was great. Portions are large. Rice and black beans are nice. Street corn was great. Music wasn’t too loud even on a Saturday night. Been here twice and both times were perfect.

This place is awesome very open even if you sit at a table your not crowded with the other guests. They have an outside area that’s open in winter and closed off so your not getting all the outside air. The drinks are delicious my husband and I each got a You can’t touch this Margarita, my mom got just the regular frozen Margarita. The rice had no favor. (Just like going to Chili’s) service was great, my street corn was delicious my husband tacos were delicious, chip and Salas were good the Queso was delicious. Very nice clean bathrooms really close to the River walk

Food portions is more than enough I got the nachos chicken tinga . I recently ordered them to go which I don’t recommend cause u have to build the nachos snd I feel the portions aren’t the same as dining in. Bartenders were super sociable and friendly. Thank u
