The food is inconsistent. I’ve had great food and poor food from this place. Lately the food is getting poor as the business picks up. The cashiers are impatient/entitled the food is of poor quality. My cheese is scare and unmelted on my quesadilla….”quesa” meaning cheese…..how is it scare on the queso in the quesadilla…..then I had a dry patch of seasoning, I literally had a patch of dry seasoning in my mouth…ruined what was left to ruin of this meal….they need to.step the game up and stop being complacent

Ordered through Urber Eats right before close, arrived after close. The guy at the door didn’t let me get my food until I had to yell at him that I placed my order before close and they accepted it. If they had an order that was yet to be picked up, why would I try to get in? They finally gave me my order. Very confusing.. Luckily my food was delicious!

I ordered 5 tacos. I waited for my order not too long but unfortunately they were cold. I made it about 4 blocks away and decided to try the chicken taco. Ice cold the cheese made it even colder. Tried the steak taco cold as well. I didn’t know I had to take them home to heat them up. So disappointing.

My husband and I go often, but these last few times we were not happy at all. My favorite is the Karla dinner, but it was cold and didn’t taste right, and it’s gotten so expensive. my husband gets the steak dinner, same with his cold and soggy it was pretty depressing, honestly, with the amount I paid. The food is great, but they never get your order right. Then they act like you’re the problem when you bring the food back. Save yourself the headache of having to go back after they mess your order up and just go to Chipotle. At least there you get what you asked and paid for the first time. Until they get rid of the girl in the front with the nasty attitude, I definitely won’t be back no matter how good the food is.

I just left there and haven’t tasted the food. This review is on the service. I’ve never been before but heard good things about Taco Depot and stopped by after seeing the sign while driving. The employee taking my order was so impatient. It was clear that I hadn’t been so I asked literally three questions and she was so standoffish. The other employee behind her was using the food warming cabinet (or whatever it’s called) to stand in and keep warm. They joked to her that it’s not that cold in the place. Lol. I know most people don’t really care about food service given it’s Gary or close by, but it’s pretty sad. I’ve eaten at a ton of places but have never had food so good that I’d spend my money on bad service. I really don’t care how great the food is. I wouldn’t go there again.
