I didn’t care for the nachos at all. No good flavor and too much cheese. Needs to have a better blend of ingredients, and the jalapeños were not on the side. I didn’t receive them at all.

Food is always great. Never have a bad food experience from any Taco Casa location. Drive through service was also good. My issue is that I’ve stopped twice, a few months apart, to get gas at the adjoining service station. Each time I planned to run inside and pick up dinner to bring home while my vehicle fuels up. Each time I was greeted by a sign at the door stating that the dine-in area was closed due to staff shortage. One time, I get it. Second time, months later, with the same sign on the door… really?

All the restaurants surrounding this location have there lobby open for dining inside, this place refuses to open up the lobby to the public. STOP WITH THE EXCUSE WE DON’T HAVE THE STAFF…. every fast food place within 5000 feet have multiple employees. So is it poor ownership or bad management, pay, hours figure out the issue.

Angelina served me in the drive-through and provided the best experience from a customer service standpoint that I’ve ever received. Her verbiage, tone and attitude was extremely positive and insured. My order was 100% accurate multiple times through the process. There is no doubt I will be returning because of her. I recommend everyone do the same.

I’m sorry but when in the hell did Taco Casa stop filling there 1.59 tacos if I wanted a half filled taco I would of went to Taco Bell just a shame paying that much and then on top of it we got a 12pack and not a single one was decent like come on! They are not even crunchy they are old shells or something too! It’s late and storming out I’m not driving up there for a refund but they need to comp me some this is crazy!
