LITERALLY GAVE ME A CHICKEN QUESADILLA WITH ONE PIECE OF CHICKEN. No sour cream, no guacamole, I waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. I’m so done with taco cabana. Corporate needs to come and shut this location down.

This location has really gone down hill. They have gotten my order wrong 3 times out of the last 4 visits. The young guy at the window is very unprofessional & if it’s not him it’s a younger girl that forgets my straw EVERY single time, which isn’t the biggest problem but I’ve had to wait about 2-3 minutes each time for her to even see me still at the window waiting because she’s just there talking…. Not to mention she ALWAYS has hickeys on her neck & it’s just an unprofessional distasteful environment. They never seem to care & always understaffed.

I tried this location today, thinking maybe the last time I came, it was by mistake. The food was cold, and cheese was clumpy, and tortillas tasted old along with stale chips. Well, unfortunately, today same thing but 11.00 for a taco combo they give me 3 tiny scraps of meat along with my food being so cold. There was only one car in front of me???? Please do better at this location!

A strange, unpleasant, and dirty experience starting from the moment we walked in. Our family of four went to the front counter (not knowing exactly where to order from due to the tables and things around the counter due to COVID 19). The male cashier ignored us for 5 minutes or more while pouring liquids in something. Finally getting our order, he tried to ring up a large $30 plate for my teenage son. He forgot to ring up a drink and seemed confused at even the simplest questions. He brought the food out first 2 meals, then five minutes later another meal, then 5 minutes later the last. Despite using only a few tables due to social separation, my wife had to clean our table herself. They never wiped a single table down the entire time we were there. I ordered 2 chicken tacos for myself and they gave me 12 plates to use! Also gave me 5 tortillas, supposed to be two tacos. Other restaurants we’ve been to that just opened after the COVID shutdown have gone overboard to be clean and show they were sanitized/ sterilized, but not here. See photos. Mgmt deleted photos earlier. Go to another TC location. This one is no good. Flies around too and little to no A/C on a hot afternoon. Avoid!
