This is absolutely unacceptable. At no point should raw food ever leave a restaurant. I’m serve safe certified and worked in fast food before. Food intended to be cooked should not even be boxed up until it’s cooked. I’m from Houston and been going to taco cabana since it was two pesos. Someone put half frozen food in a to go container and served it… seriously! This feels very intentional not to mention scary because of this being out of temp control and cross contamination. I hope they are not putting cooked food back in containers where it was raw. For the readers, Never eat raw dough, egg and some other uncooked ingredients could make you really sick. In this situation trash it immediately. We may not give this location another chance. We moved to the area in the past year and this was our first visit to this location.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE!!!! EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE. FRIM THE MOMENT WE ORDERED, TO YJE SERVICE AND FOOD. WHILE FOOD WAS BEING MAD ONE OF THE WORKERS WAS CLEANING YHE FLOOR BY SPRAYING A WATER HOSE!!! The young lady that made our margaritas was extremely rude and unprofessional. She spilled margaritas and instead of getting us a new cup she put the cups in a cup holder and just gave them to me…… we had to go back inside the restaurant multiple times to have them fix our order. After the fourth time we did request our money back and was told there were no refunds. This is an establishment that I would recommend nobody patronize at all and for someone coming in from out of town just trying to find food. This was the worst experiences I have ever experienced being on a mini vacation.

I ordered ground beef nachos and got the skimpiest nacho tray I have ever seen and the chips are stale. Did I get the bottom last few chips of the bag? This is despicable!! Not worth the money I paid. Employee 41 did me a disservice. They must be running out of supplies. Just lost a customer.

I normally only leave review if its super bad or super good, this place was bad. They close at 10 pm. We arrived at 9:20pm. Highly pushed to not dine-in, only to go orders cause they had already mopped the floors. Their salsa bar was already cleared out for the night. Limited menus cause if you wanted anything that had to be fried… SOL, they already turned friers off. Acted like we were a MAJOR inconvenience. Rushed us to order. Sadly we had just worked a 14+ hr day and had not had anything to eat since 7 am that morning. Food……wasn’t very good and we ate in the truck. Hard taco shells were so stale that it was chewy. I got breakfast tacos and added cheese…no cheese. 2 of which were steak, just say I’ve had shoe leather more tender. When we asked for salsa and diced oinons, we were met with eye rolls and the onions had the texture of 2-3 day old onions. Just say no to this place. Would not recommend this place at all. Next time we will just go to McDonalds or Taco Bell down the street.

For there not to be a single person inside service was extremely slow. Waited 20 minutes for the food and then I had missing items so I had to drive back. This was my 3rd time here in a 2 year span and it is still terrible. And it’s not like they were short staffed there were 5 in the kitchen that I saw and 3 more sitting in the corner. But out of the 5 the cashier was the only one plating and handing food for the 3 other people that walked in after me. If I wanted such terrible service I would have just went to McDonald’s.

I would leave zero stars if I could. This location is absolutely disgusting! Employees are beyond rude and could give zero Fs about your experience. But expect to stay open? Left a photo of the pathetic excuse of an enchilada that was so old and hard my dog wouldn’t even eat it. And he drinks out of the toilet! Not the first time this location has dropped the ball. Save yourself the time and money and avoid them like the plague.
