Got the big freaking quesadilla. It was hot and fresh and tasted great. Young lady at the drive through was very sweet. Wait time was very short.

More like no Bueno. Just Like in coming to America you had McDonald’s and McDowell as the nock off. this is McDowell to taco bell. We got the big freaked burrito with chicken and a shrimp taco and a fish taco and the Bueno chilada platter with chicken. If broke af the price isn’t bad which should be your first clue. This is a no experience having white person attempting to make mexican food. For the record I’m white. So don’t get offended. Safe yourself the time just go to taco bell or taco time which ever in ur area its all the same

We have always liked Taco Bueno better than most fast food Mexican. However, most of the employees are incredibly indifferent. It definitely affects the service. We only go back because it’s the only one in town, but often weigh the options. We always have to clean our own table and seat. Half the time, the chips are stale. Sometimes, the burritos are too sloppy to eat without a knife and fork. The restrooms are very unsanitary. If management could pull it together, it could be a great place to eat.

we placed an order at 5 pm. sat in dining room for 30+ minutes waiting, until we finally went back up to the register and they tell us “oh we are out of beans and need to make more” employees did not care to let us know, we were the only ones in there and the salsa bar was very gross looking.

Overall, it was not a bad experience. The food was as typical and the service was less than enthusiastic but was not bad. The only complaint I have is that the salsa bar could have been maintained a little better. It just needed some TLC.

Great service. Staff is very friendly & polite. Food is decent for fast food, much better than Taco Bueno on 12th in Norman. I tried the Big Freak’n Taco Salad tonight, though, instead of sticking to the Big Freak’n Nachos & I’m not a fan. The meat was bland & the bowl was in pieces. Can’t blame the franchise for the product, though. That’s corporate’s responsibility, for the most part. My nephew got the Beef Mucho Nachos & they were great, as usual. He wouldn’t let me have his leftovers. He’s saving them for tomorrow. My niece loved her Nacho Salad. Not my first time here. Won’t be my last.

Came through the drive-thru for a quick lunch today. Person who took my order was polite. I didn’t eat my lunch until I got back to school. When I opened my queso I noticed my queso was frothy & NOT smooth like the queso I’ve had before from Taco Bueno. My guacamole was a bit brown. My taquitos were not fresh… very soggy. The only positive thing was my party burrito was really good.

Solid burnt bean chunks in all 3 of my food items and cold cheesecake chimichangas. I really like Taco Bueno so I keep giving this store a try every once in a while but I officially give up. $10+ in the trash. I’d add pictures but it doesn’t give me the option.

Love taco Bueno……. so much better than taco bell….. better flavor is the number 1 difference…… this store was great and they made it like it’s supposed to be made
