Dumb lady at the window says you can’t put soft tacos in the box instead of hard tacos? Like really everyone else I have ever been served by didn’t have this issue. She is just lazy, and terrible at a basic task such as grabbing a hard shell or a soft one.

The service was fine. But, it was too hot inside the restaurant. I had to actually go out to my car in the air conditioning to eat. Also, I ordered a Machaco without tomatoes & it had tomatoes. I did go back in & they made the item over. But next time, the crew member should listen to what is ordered. Also, when they make a mistake, you should receive something for their mistake. Such as a small taco or something. I do like Taco Bueno, I worked there in Mngmt years ago. Thank you in advance. Ms. T

I have tried to get a decent size freakin big taco salad for several month…2x they had no sour cream on a whim I went to the Wagoner taco bueno and their big freakin taco salad lived up to the name. See first photo today I went to Muskogee and ordered double everything paid twice what one costs…expected and then they gave me this

Not happy with my order. Ask for soft tacos and they gave out crunchy plus left the chips out of my order which was supposed to come with it. But on a positive side the salsa was good and they gave plenty. Can’t win them all…

Enjoyed the tacos at Taco Bueno. I’ve been to a few Mexican establishments in this town but Taco Bueno is one of the better. The prices was definitely better.

The slowest & dumbest people work here. I always have to repeat my order. Food is usually lukewarm. They close sooner than they’re supposed to. They wear gloves yet handle money and drinks with the gloves on too. They don’t listen. They don’t say “thank you”. They’re rude.

Food was not fresh. It looked it had been sitting for a min. And no sour cream or guacamole on it. I ordered a beef taco salad. I brought it back and they mad me another one it looked right and fresh but the taco bowl tasted stail and it didn’t have a crisp crunch to it. Never again.
