I don’t know if this is every Bueno, but the bean burritos were almost empty of beans. The amount of tortilla left without filling was enough to make another small burrito. The customer service was nearly non-existent. I had to just give up on getting help. The food we DID get was good, but not worth the money.

$2.19 a piece for bean burritos with about 2tbs of beans and 2tbs of chili sauce. Burritos are inconsistently wrapped and packaged. One looks like a party burrito. My dad and I ordered 4 burritos, two with no cheese, and they’re all packaged in the same wrapper. Have to peel them open to see which is which.

Better experience at the elm & BA store today. Customer service, speed of service, & quality of the food is highly highly highly dependent on the manager on duty. Pictures below show very sloppy, sad salsa bar with several empty bins while, I believe, Larry was mgr on duty. The other shows a much more appealing bar under Katie’s watch. Service was also much better tonight than the other night.

First time ever going to a taco bueno. The guy at the speaker talked to me like I was dumb. How was I supposed to know you need to tell them exactly how many sauces you want? The food was good though. The taco was broken and had to eat it like nachos.

Just went to this taco bueno to get chicken potatoe burritos and the potatoes squares inside the burritos we’re stale. You really need to do better bueno. I will not be coming back anytime soon. Waste of my money.

We ordered three tacos and a burrito. The salsa bar was empty so we asked for four salsas, we was only given three. We was told the hot salsa was on the bar but it did not have any container lids. But worst of all when we got home the taco shells was broken and stale and the meat was cold. We will be going to Taco Bell on 41st.

Dont waste your time or money. Unless you want cold tasteless food. I ordered chicken potato burrito it was filled with lettuce and a little bit of cheese and well the carne asada nachos ill let the picture say it all. Look at what you expect and look what you get!
