Ordered the party pack. Was horrible. Shells were stale , rice tasted old and dry . Everything was cold the tacos were barely filled with meat /cheese , and they had no lettuce. Very confused on how they sell this and people don’t get sick . Disappointed.

I haven’t had tack bueno in years and decided to try it again this evening. The gentleman who took my order and helped me at the window was the same person and they did absolutely amazing. Very respectful, kind and amazing with customer service. The food was phenomenal, so much better then I was ever expecting and I will definitely be back!

Went in for lunch to pick up something for my mother, father and I after my father got out of the hospital. Latoya was very helpful. She even suggestive sold to try to save me money. The manager was rude. She not only complained about my coupon she forgot 2 of my items. Had to go back in to get it. She looked at me and said oh I forgot her cheese. I had to correct her and tell her it was 2 . She was not a happy person that day. This is not the first time she had attitude. I understand it’s hard working with the public. I work every day with the public. But I work hard at not showing my frustration or anger infront of customers

My favorite fastfood chain, but some are just poorly managed. It’s a shame, because when the food is made correctly, Taco Bueno is amazing. I’ve been twice and the food was dry and they really skimped on the toppings. Why do any fast food workers not just load it up? I couldn’t even taste the beans on the muchacos, and that’s the best part. Maybe a teaspoon of beans on each of the 4 muchacos I’ve had there. Just a shame.

Before I moved up to Ohio, I would have the Mexi dip and chips for dinner whenever my family went to Taco Bueno. I wasn’t able to go earlier on in the year when I visited so this time I had to have some before I went back home. The poor souls working the line right before Memorial Day, bless their hearts. There were only two people there, one taking orders and another making them, and they were PACKED! Being short staffed, we had to wait in the parking lot to get our food orders and the guy working drive thru walked the orders out. I hope they get a raise. The chips were quite salty though so I can’t say I really enjoyed the meal. Maybe I’ll try a platter if I ever go back. I don’t know. Just shout out to those two employees.

I am pulled up every time I order, I only order 3 burritos and every time I get told to pull around for a 15 min wait, I went a week ago, and they said after ordering, “we are out of beans” I also ordered a queso, “im sorry we are also out of queso” what is happening to this place, the queso never even taste the same or the salsa or the guacamole.
