I wish a long time ago somebody had slapped me and asked, “Why haven’t you tried Taco Box yet?” Because it took me until today to go there. We had a variety of food, and ended up bringing lots of leftovers home because, dang, there’s like half a steer’s worth of beef in each item. I kept taking a bite, then looking back at the menu prices, then taking another bite in confusion about how they offer such value. The birria is awesome–even if your tacos or quesadilla is already red. The only downside is that there’s no picnic table nearby, so you gotta take it home. Pro tip: Madison Armory has some beautiful grass on the south side of the building. We parked over there and ate picnic-style. Sort of difficult given the sloppiness of red tacos and birria, but it was a beautiful evening and the grass was comfortable. Try a picnic! Or just take it home, because Taco Box food will definitely travel well. Highly recommended. Go slap your friend and ask why he hasn’t tried Taco Box yet.

This place is soo good! We walked up and told them we have been wanting to eat here but haven’t gotten the chance. They gave us two free drinks since this was our first time! The food was phenomenal and hot and ready!

It’s a universal truth that random taco trucks in parking lot has the best food at the best prices. This place lives up to that and then some. I got a grilled cheese along with my quesadilla, worried the quesadilla might not be enough. Turns out, the $7 grilled cheese was a full meal’s worth. Give this man your business, he deserves it!

Absolutely amazing!! Food is the best in town and the best I have had anywhere. I look forward to eating here multiple times a week (once a week sometimes happens but it’s not enough). Customer service is great. Owners are genuinely kind and good. They truly care about their customers and go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. I would recommend eating here any chance you get. “Have a blessed day” is a great reminder and sets the day up right.

Best birria tacos my boyfriend and I have ever had. We tried it out & started with the tacos & ramen & ended up ordering more tacos when we were done. The staff is so nice & genuinely cares about guest feedback. Will be coming back for date night at least once a week. Oh, also, the horchata is SO good.

Mexican food has always been my favourite so naturally I’m critical of the quality. I can say without a doubt the tacos here are by far the best tacos I’ve ever had, the chimichangas are very good and the quesadillas are incredible. The flavor of their food is incredible and always fresh and piping hot. In addition the service I receive every time I go is among the best I’ve ever personally seen. I hadn’t gone for a while and when I went to get food yesterday they remembered me and asked how my baby has been doing. Not only is their food incredible but they treat you like family and take care of you. Easy 10/10! I wish these guys the best in life and I hope they’re able to expand even more!

My sister and I come here all the time! It’s our favorite place to get lunch. Best taco truck in Rexburg. The food is always delicious, and the guy working there always has a great attitude and is happy to serve his customers.
