I should have known there was something wrong with this place when it was empty at 10-11 pm on a Friday night. Evidently they no longer serve alcohol so this is not a “cantina” it’s just a regular Taco Bell.

The food was usual like the one you get in all Taco Bell’s, the service was not the best could’ve been better, the atmosphere was SUPER sketchy, many homeless and shady looking people. We came here late in the night to order food as most restaurants were closed, and the experience was not the BEST.

This place service. And food was okay, no problem there, here’s my problem. This place does not have A public washroom which means you can’t even wash your hand after you eat or before you eat and you can use the bathroom after drinking sodas there. I think this is really bad. Not having a restroom at a restaurant.

I will say this is the best/fastest TB I’ve been to in Chicago. I was gonna order from Chicago/State location but had no idea this was closer to my job. Def less rowdy than Chicago Ave location for sure. Will come back for round 2

It’s a standard Taco Bell — serves alcohol until 11pm. Some times at night it’s super busy because there isn’t much else open. The staff are cool.

I ordered off of Uber eats driver was all good and everything else got my delivery there on time. This is because the restaurant has the drivers fill up the drinks before them. I don’t think this is right for the fact is you do not work for the restaurant. I don’t know what they’re doing to my drinks. Beware of this

Someone needs to bring order to this place. When it gets crowded (lollapalooza), they just dissolve into chaos. I had to wait 75 minutes for my order while most orders of people who came after me were being fulfilled.
