Didn’t even know this location existed until my sister showed me this place. The food was good. Not to mention they had $5 boxes here. A win win!!! Customer service was very respectful and had patience with the customer. Over all, I highly recommend this Taco Bell, even better the location is in my area. Don’t have to travel far for some Taco Bell.

It was cool! You can’t order the liquor freezes from the kiosk though. You gotta order that at the counter. It was cool being able to go to this though. Went to the one in Vegas and was V excited to go in Chicago. I ordered the baha blast freeze w. Vodka as they were out of tequila. The staff was very friendly! Will return!

Ordered with the mobile app at 1:00 a.m. and they didn’t even start to make the order till 3:00 a.m. when they were closing but somebody who walks where I am could order and get their food in 20 minutes. And the app just doesn’t let you cancel if you’ve been waiting for over two hours. Couldn’t even eat my food in the lobby at that point because they closed once I got my food.

The young lady that was working the midnight shift was extremely unprofessional to many of the guests and did not seem like she wanted to be there! The manager decides when to just tell a whole group of guest’s/ customer’s ordering that they will NOT be taking any order’s for at LEAST ANOTHER 20 MINUTES AND THIS OCCURRED RIGHT AFTER THE BEYONCE’ CONCERT THAT WAS @ SOLDIER FIELD LAST NIGHT! Apparently, no one seems to work hard at this Taco Bell and ticket’s pile up for personal, GrubHub, UberEats, and DoorDash order’s, since the employee’s do NOT seem to have a work ethic, nor do they seem to care about having a team that works together to accomplish a, “well-oiled-machine-like” fast-food restaurant/ Business…!

Service was great, everyone was nice. However, the quality was that of a normal Taco Bell: bad and underwhelming.

I was excited to check out the Taco Bell Cantina, which is the main “pride” of Taco Bell. It was really not too different than a regular Taco Bell in terms of quality or service. The staff was fine, but the food took about 10-12 minutes to come out, which is not what I am used to. My local Taco Bell takes about 5 minutes at peak times. It was slightly busy, but with a location in the West Loop, you would think management could plan for this. The food was good, not any different than a regular Taco Bell, but that’s fine. The beer dispenser was cool – they placed the cup on top and it filled from the bottom; however, $7 for a cup of beer is excessive. The atmosphere was very nice, and the place was kept very clean. I think it’s worth checking out once, but nothing too special.

We went to this Taco Bell location after a night out in Fulton market. It was not too busy, it was easy to order at the kiosk, and the food came out quick and hot. It was quite clean considering this is a drunk person’s favorite place. I would definitely eat here again.

Our order was ready but they mispronounced our name and refused to check our receipt or order contents for 25 minutes until we begged for them to just verify the total cost until they realized it was truly our order. One of the women refused to check if our order number was completed stating it was in the fifth page of their orders when really it was in the mobile order shelf. Very unprofessional.

The dream of having alcohol inside a Taco Bell is made into reality. I was hoping for more options, but getting a frozen Baja Blast with tequila (Don Julio) was still everything I wanted it to be.
