I always liked eating crunchy Tacos from Taco Bell. It’s still a guilty pleasure for me to this day. You can not go wrong with their classic beef Tacos. I can eat 10 of those easily. However, some of their new items are hit or miss. I tried their protein bowl (chicken), which was okay. Bland but passible. Their grilled Steak Burrito is another story. It was nasty and the steak was too chewy and rubbery. The cheese couldn’t save that thing. I thought I was going to be disgusted by the Mexican Pizza too, but I’ll be the first to say that I was shocked by how good it tasted. Overall, I recommend Taco Bell because of their ground beef. Avoid any of the other food that doesn’t have their beef because they aren’t as good. Glad to have a location downtown. I like to have cheat meals that every now and then aren’t necessarily the healthiest, but that I still like because of how the food tastes. Live mas right?

I went to just get an order of their nacho fries which, in the photos, show a decent amount given per order. When I got home, there was 13 fries in the carton, which is insanity. If a sample size is only given, have size options for them. They are good but not enough.

Not sure where to start but embarrassing place to say the least…Embarrassing that this place is even downtown. Not sure how long it’ll be in business. Messed up our orders, other customers were awful. Customer before us was waving her hair brush around…Needs to be revamped and a whole new crew. Scary situation.

The front of house was oppressively hot and probably an OSHA violation. I can’t imagine how hot the kitchen was. It was entirely too noisy, in part due to the TV blaring to no one and an obnoxious patron who had to watch a baseball game loud enough to be heard at Wrigley. The soda fountain gave me seltzer instead of Baja Blast.

Waited two hours for my food along with 40-50+ other groups of people and never got anything. When people started asking for refunds, they were met with the manager screaming at them and told to “dispute the charge on your credit cards”.

There is no education on the part of employees. They made a mistake in the orders and you can’t tell them anything because they get angry. If you don’t want to work, better give your place to someone who needs it and who knows what it’s like to be polite.

I normally go there because it’s fast. I ordered twice to go, staff was just talking and I was ignored for a while, nobody else was there waiting. So I had to cancel because I had to get back to work.

It’s taco bell. Girlie working the grill is FAST. The dining room needs a little help though, tables are kinda wobbly and messed up. Besides that it’s good though, a cheap lunch downtown.

Been 3 times. Food was decent by TB standards. Staff seems like they hate their existence, which I understand, I’ve worked food service before, for many years. Dining room was dirty.
